Carrie Underwood, Rihanna, Taylor Swift win American Music Awards (AMA)
As expected, singing giants Carrie Underwood, Rihanna, and Taylor Swift all won in their respective categories in the recently concluded American Music Awards (AMA) 2008.
Rihanna won two awards and these are the Favorite Female Artist, Pop or Rock Music; and the Favorite Female Artist, Soul / Rhythm & Blues Music.
Taylor Swift won Favorite Female Artist, Country Music while Carrie Underwood’s “Carnival Ride” won Favorite Album for Country Music.
