Rihanna, who recently bagged the best hair award, tops the 10 Best Dressed Women of 2008 by People magazine which says that all of its choices made all the right fashion moves this year. Rihanna was selected for her “sugar and spice” style and her “sophisticated mix of glamorous gowns and funky dresses.”
