I thought I was looking at some men’s magazine cover when I saw this hot picture of Ciara on the cover of Vibe magazine’s October 2008 issue. I almost stared at that delicate part of hers for like 10 seconds to make sure I didn’t miss anything. Good thing she got it all well-covered.
