Kapamilya star KC Concepcion and Kapuso leading man Richard Gutierrez team up for the very first time in a Star Cinema film appropriately titled For The First Time. The movie premiere was quite a success as thousands of fans flocked to the cinemas to witness the two leading actors open the screenings.

I am not going to give spoilers so don’t worry. I just have to say that KC and Richard got chemistry and this makes the movie quite believable. I know KC still has a lot to learn as an actress but I think she pulled it off nicely.

One of the highlights of the film was this break-up line: You are the Perfect Girl, just not the right one for me. Yikes, that hurts!

For The First Time shows the right chemistry KC and Richard has with each other. They complement each other perfectly. Though KC is no match for Richard in the acting department, she delivered her lines quite well. At least she tried so hard to give justice to her role.

I think the film is done well. Greece provided a nice backdrop for this movie. Bb. Joyce Bernal has done it again. And the fact that For The First Time earned 14 to 15 million on its first day is testament to how the masses have accepted the love team.
