KC Concepcion sweat it out replying to questions by the entertainment press during the presscon for her first major movie with Richard Gutierrez, “For The First Time” under Star Cinema. It was some kind of baptism of fire for her. Not even her mom, Megastar Sharon Cuneta, experienced being asked such mature questions when she was just starting in the movies.

But KC is such an intelligent and composed young woman as she did not disappoint any member of the press to the very end of the interviews. On Richard’s end, he played big support to KC, having been in the business longer than KC. When asked about the level of their “relationship,” Richard gave the figure 9.8% on the scale of 1 to 10. KC readily agreed with a big smile. Everyone can take the cue from there.

The movie, “For The First Time,” was filmed in Greece capturing so many inviting if romantic, scenes. We presume their working together in a far away land has added toppings to the cake, so to speak.

On August 27, more than 100 moviehouses nationwide will exhibit a movie that can be compared to Hollywood romantic movies, an effort Star Cinema has pledged to give the audience. Big names like Phillip Salvador, Eddie Gutierrez, Pilar Pilapil, Ana Roces and Bubbles Paraiso lend big support to the movie.
