SAM Milby, even without admitting in the past that they were on, opened up on the real score between him and Anne Curtis.

In an interview with The Buzz host, Boy Abunda, Sam revealed that they have been on for sometime, but because of a misunderstanding, they have not talked for several days now. “I want to talk to her even tonight, but I just hope she’s got the time,” he said.

Sam said though that it’s not true he has asked her hand in marriage last Christmas. “There was a rumor (about the pamanhikan), but it was simply not true,” he clarified. “The truth of the matter is, me and my mom spent Christmas eve with her family in their house. But that’s about it.”

He said that her mom was in the country during the holidays and she obliged to go to Anne’s house after they were invited. “It was just my mom and me here, so, we accepted the invitation,” Sam said.

Last New Year’s eve, it was Anne’s turn to return the favor. She went to Sam’s condo, with her family to spend some hours with them.

When asked if he truly loves Anne, he said: “Yes.”

Sam likewise admitted that he and Toni Gonzaga had been an item for two to three months. “We had an MU (mutual understanding,” he said. “We were getting there (to a relationship), but she made the decision to simply put it off.”

So, it’s not true there was no closure between him and Toni? (In a column item, it was stated that Toni felt bad that she and Sam had no closure, thus, she felt it was hard to move on, before direk Paul Soriano came in to the picture.)

“There was. She was the one who made the decision.”

And Bangs Garcia?

“Hindi kami nag-on,” said Sam in broken Tagalog. “Nag-date lang, mga three weeks. Pero, wala. We were never on.”

Is he making a move to win back Anne?

“I’ll court her again in a Godly way.”
