Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl who recently won an Emmy award for her role in the popular TV series, has become AskMen.com’s Most Desirable Woman of 2008. The men voted her to be the best woman to have as a girlfriend or a wife. Wow, that’s kinda flattering.

Katherine got the most number of votes and bestes hot contenders Eva Mendes, Jessica Alba, and Scarlett Johansson.
