Cathy Garcia-Molina has another romantic movie in store for us this November. After her successful films such as You Are The One, You Got Me, and Close To You, Molina has tapped the services of still-the-hottest loveteam in town – John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo – for the movie One More Chance.
With a theme that talks about the journey of two lovers who has to lose something in order to find themselves, One More Chance is sure to become a hit especially to a large population of lovestruck viewers.

One More Chance Synopsis:
Popoy (John Lloyd Cruz) and Basha (Bea Alonzo) have been together all their lives. Their love story started when they met as students in the university. Their families loved them, they shared friends, they eventually worked in the same firm and their life plans revolved around each other. There is no Popoy without a Basha and vice versa. They were certain that they will get married someday and build a home together. Everything seems perfect. At least that’s what Popoy thinks.
But all the planning and dreaming eventually took a toll on Basha. Past issues and current controversies suddenly become the main fare in what would have been a routine lunch date. In their first major fight in over five years, Popoy and Basha begin their heart-rending struggle whether to hold on or to move on.

One of the best movies I’ve enjoyed for a long time. I hope the two of them got more great movies lined up. I like both their character. They must be proud of themselves right now. The creator/director/writer etc must be glad they casted these two… as if the story was written solely for them.

nakakarelate ako sobra, i knew you noticed it rhea… para kasi tayo ganon din ang story when we endup our relationship.
Though we still love each other… parang may pumipigil sating maglabalikan… sana same as them (popoy and bashang…) tayo din magkabalikan. As what basya said to popoy… how i wish i can tell you how i wanted to say na sana tayong dalawa nalang ulit.

… i just finish the movie few minutes ago, i was caught off guard on watching this movie coz my bestie insistme to watch it not knowing what is all about..
In the beginning it was okay, i kinda relate on the movie as it goes on it gets havier and havier coz every line and sequence is exactly the same thing that happens to me and my ex… and it really hurts.. coz as of the moment where on the part that we separate and not knowing what will happen next… especially that i’m with some one else…
After finishing the movie upto now im still crying and quite surprise of my reaction… realizing how hard it was that i’ve been lying to myself that i still love the man i’m with before… living in denial… and sakit!
Sagad sa buto and sakit! My ex is now in the part of leaving… and i dont know if he will come back… and wondering if there’s still a chance that we can be together again someday.
To Don i’m really sorry for everything… for causing so much pain… now that you’re leaving… i just realize that i’m losing the one that i really love.. and that hurts me most that i know for the fact that maybe ut will be the last time that I will see him..

I really like the Movie although i haven’t seen it..things that happen in the movie match what I’m going threw right now. Me and My GF have been together for 4years and we met in college and shared our life together..i just work too much and never get to hangout with her much, also small things that i said to her that put her down. After soo many years she told me that she don’t love me as much and the love is fading away. She wants timeoff on our relationship. She also told me that there might be other out there that is better for us. It really hurts my heart. Really hurt me after i heard that from her i will never imaging that will happen or that will come out of her mouth..i really truly love her with all my heart..i don’t want what happen in this movie. I am at my worst right now and I really want her to know and understand. She is having me at my best and chose to break my heart..
I am truely sorry for the things i said and times when i am not there. I really LOVE YOU. You are still the one….MAHAL KITA..

I really like John Lloyd Cruz and Bea love team. First time i saw John sa movie Maging Sino kama, i finished the book one in just a week of course in between work and my bed time around 3 a.m….i kilig to the bone, naka ka in love…very good looking guy…hmm yummy… hope maka punta din sya dito sa Edmonton Alberta…

I wasn’t able to watch this film in the big screen because I don’t have time when it was shown in the theatres. And after I have seen it in the small screen (dvd) talagang napa-&*^% ako, kc ang ganda pala. Kung napanood ko pa siya sa big screen eh malamang lalo kong mararamdaman ung emotions ng pelikula.
Two thumbs up ako kay John LLoyd (Popoy), kitang-kita sa pelikula ung emotions na gustong palabasin nung character. Favorite line ” Putang-ina naman Bash, ganyan ka ba katigas?”. I know that there is a profane word on that dialog pero ung way ng pagkakadeliver ni John Lloyd, shit to the max ang sakit. And then, when he said to Tricia (forgot the actress), “ayokong makita kang nasasaktan” and then Tricia closed his eyes with her hands ” ayan para di mo na ko makita”. Waahh, everything is just so perfectly delivered.
And then Bea’s character as Basha, before sila maglovemaking ulit in front of Popoy flat, her emotions there are superb as well when she said ” I’m sorry, hindi ko alam, hindi ko alam,I’m sorry Poy”. And ending that with a kiss and then a passionate love with a very good background song.
All in all, this film is really recommened. The characters and the actors have shown splendid performance.
To end it all, ” She loved me at my worst; you had me at my best”
ngyon ko lng napanuod ang movie, got it from my friend here in our work, nung una hindi ako maniwala na maganda nga ksi yung friend ko n nkapanuod eh, super kilig lalaki yun, we got the movie from one of our collegue and i just copied it then while watching the movie, i never felt the tears coming from my eyes, ako rin pla, tatamaan ng movie,, here in our company hindi ka in kung hindi mo mapanuod yun, after the movie, all best lines (salita ng bawat character)are repeatedly hearing from one mouth to the other, so sna mapanuod din nung iba d2, ksi po, those line will be use pra sa panliligaw diskarte ba, gid luck two thumbs up
I was telling my story to a friend when he said you have to let your boyfriend watch “one more chance” para marealize nya kung ano ang mga pagkukulang nya.
I’ve been with my bf, well now my ex, for two years, I was losing myself so badly that i needed time for myself. I wanted so much to have a new start, free. I feel that I wasn’t who I am anymore because we’ve been inseperable. Everything is about how serious our relationship is that I thought I was losing the real me, the fun me. I just got up one morning and realized I wanted to be happy again and find myself. so without any reason at all, I broke up with him.
He never fought back for me. i know he loves me so much and he is devastated of what I did but I swear I never meant to hurt him. He went frantic about our break up that he never listened to any word i said. All he knows is that I’m a bitch and I let two years go to waste.
Sometimes I think I was selfish. I love him so much but I want him to realize what John Lloyd realized. I did not regret the things I did because now I’m whole, I want him to realize that I could never have loved him wholly because i was still incomplete.
