I haven’t heard much from Matt Dillon lately. Good thing goodplasticsurgery.com came up with this photo so that we can have something to talk about Matt. The dude’s career seems to be out of nowhere these days. Or, does he have a movie coming up next month or something?

Anyway, this photo is supposed to be an evidence stating that Matt has had a nose job to look more manly. I never thought the nose could make one look feminine. Matt must have thought the same with his previous nose. So he altered it and came up with his current one, which does not look bad actually. It hardened his facial features, making him fit to play rough roles.
