I would often confuse Derek Ramsay with Rafael Russel. They have this striking similarity and I have quite a hard time distinguishing who’s who at first glance. Well, both are hot and their resemblance is really not a problem to begin with. They could play the role of twin brothers and I would believe it with all of my heart. Yeah, right.

Here’s Derek in the Cosmopolitan Magazine’s 69 Bachelors and Centerfolds 2007 issue, handling some heavy coconuts. Geez, those are heavy. This pose is quite suggestive don’t you think? You would rather think Derek was handling something other than whatever it is he was holding in that pic.
